He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clyde Parsons and Goldie Florence Fraley Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Winefred "Cookie" Miller Parsons; his son Jeffrey L. Parsons (Ann Marie) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Jeffrey L. Parsons II (Tiffany) and Ashley N. Parsons Glass (Michael Cox); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Aiden, Mason, Jade, Maxum, Elias and Ezra; and his stepgranddaughters, Renzy and Rhyan Cochran.
