He is survived by: his wife Frankie Lee Kelley of Stonewood; his children, Donald L Kelley of Stonewood, Ronald E Kelley of West Milford, Tammy E Kelley of Clarksburg and Michelle L Kelley of Stonewood; his grandchildren, Ronnie Kelley of Monroe, NC, Wayne Blackwell II of Clarksburg, Kristy Fedio Fischer (Daniel) of Bridgeport, Michael Fedio (Andrea) of Clarksburg, Kelly Rossi (Michael) of Columbus, OH, Stephanie Stalder (Josh) of West Milford, Courtney Kimble of Stonewood and Michelle Blackwell of Clarksburg; and his great grandchildren, Hayley, Logan, Ava, Emma, Gianna, Landon, Noah, Dominic, Grace, Olivia, Bentley, Talan, Cooper, Adelynn and Madelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
