He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bailey and Forrest Lacy Bailey; and his siblings, Ruth Herrod, Helen Dennison and Delbert Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Elberta Furner Bailey; his children, Tim Bailey (Edwina) of West Union, Cynthia "Cindy" Tetrick (Rusty Short) and Crystal Davisson (Chuck) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Timothy Bailey (Hope) of Clarksburg, Alaina Tetrick Schrader (Josh) of Pittsburgh, PA, Samantha Bailey of Salem, Madison Davisson of Bridgeport and Emma Davisson of Bridgeport; and his great grandchildren, Addie Bailey of Clarksburg and Piper Schrader of Pittsburgh.
