He is survived by: his mother Bernadine Vanscoy Vest of Clarksburg; his children, Carolyn Ullum of Moundsville, WV and James Dyer of Ohio; his brothers, Keith Vest (Crystal) of Clarksburg and Kenneth Vest of Weston; his stepsister Valerie Walls of Clarksburg; and his cousins, James and Daniel Ayers of Stonewood.
