He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. "Ted" Harbert and Adeline Harbert (Knight). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Harbert (Westfall); his son Michael D. "Mike" Harbert (Lisa) of Lumberport; his siblings, Gary E. Harbert (Shirley) of Lumberport and Patricia A. "Patty" Fisher (David) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Natasha M. Grooms (Kris) of Lumberport and Andrew M. Harbert (Ashley) of Toledo, OH; and his great grandchildren, Dezmond, Gwen and DJ Harbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
