She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Turner (Donald) of Clarksburg, WV, Parry Jenkins (Thomas) of Shinnston, WV and Barry Westfall of Stonewood, WV; her grandchildren, Jeremy Turner, Josh Turner, Amy Cosner and Cheyenne Graff; her great grandchildren, Johbe Ware, Christopher Lemon and Chaplyn Graff; her siblings, Caroleen Roe (Roger) of Stonewood, Gary Forinash of Stonewood, Lois Bailey (Harry) of Bridgeport, Diana Mazzo (Carl) of Nutter Fort, Mark Forinash of Sarasota, FL and Lisa Weir (Craig) of Gulfport, FL; and her sister-in-law Connie Forinash of Clarksburg.
