She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Ewing Forinash, Sr.; her husband Vance O'Neal Westfall; her son Jodie Westfall; her granddaughter Beth Cosner; and her siblings, Gordon Forinash, Jr., Colin Forinash, Rodney Forinash and Jerry Forinash.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Turner (Donald) of Clarksburg, WV, Parry Jenkins (Thomas) of Shinnston, WV and Barry Westfall of Stonewood, WV; her grandchildren, Jeremy Turner, Josh Turner, Amy Cosner and Cheyenne Graff; her great grandchildren, Johbe Ware, Christopher Lemon and Chaplyn Graff; her siblings, Caroleen Roe (Roger) of Stonewood, Gary Forinash of Stonewood, Lois Bailey (Harry) of Bridgeport, Diana Mazzo (Carl) of Nutter Fort, Mark Forinash of Sarasota, FL and Lisa Weir (Craig) of Gulfport, FL; and her sister-in-law Connie Forinash of Clarksburg.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
