He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver D. Dean and Geneva Bloomer Dean; his brother Raymond Dean; his brother-in-law Charles Kirkpatrick; his nephews, Brian Kirkpatrick and Jerry Cox; and his niece Elizabeth Harris.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nora Harris (Jerry) of Clarksburg and Gloria Kirkpatrick of Clarksburg; and his friend McDonalds. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
