He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Griffith Mihaliak; his children, Daniel Mihaliak (Bing) of Stonewood, David Allen Mihaliak of Stonewood and Debbie Malfregeot (Tom) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Jennilyn Mihaliak, D. J. Mihaliak, Stefan Mihaliak, Jonathan Tracy, Stacie Fortineax and Kayla Lynch; his great grandchildren, Kydalyn Haines, Maya Jane MIhaliak, Lily Mihaliak of California, Rosie Fortneax, Willow Fortneax and Addison Knotts; his brother David Mihaliak of Clarksburg; and his close friend Jake.
