He is survived by: his parents, Steven Francis and Lisa Marie Webb Ables of Stonewood; his grandmother Mary Day Webb (Quiet Dell); and his siblings, Mercedes Nicole Ables, Adam Steven Starr of Nutter Fort and Robert Allen Starr of Nutter Fort. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
