It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy O'Neil of Stollings, West Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry O'Neil and Bradie Bailey O'Neil; his grandson Michael David Elkins; his siblings, Danny O'Neil, Harry "Junior" O'Neil, Carlos O'Neil, Betty Phillips, Eloise Brunty and Nancy Roark; and his brother-in-law Ronald Copley.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Williams O'Neil; his daughter Judy Elkins (David); his granddaughter Sammi Lynn Dodrill (Josh); his great grandchildren, Clay Dodrill, Cameron O'Neil Dodrill and Hayden Elkins; his sister-in-law Betty Jo Hale; and his siblings, Doris Browning (George), Linda Copley and Donald O'Neil (Donna).
