He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roscoe Burns and Linda Burns; his wife Melissa Burns of Man; his children, Sarah Vance (Henry) of Stollings, Matthew Burns (Angel Collins) of Man and Ronnie McGarvey; his stepdaughter April McGarvey; his grandsons, Jacob McGarvey, Gabriel Burns and Mason Allen; his siblings, Glenda Gibson, Timmy Burns (Marlena) of Stollings and Michael Burns (Annette) of Omar; and his sons-in-law, Henry Vance, Donald Jemerison, Justin Belcher and Jeremy Ross.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Honaker Funeral Home to help with the funeral cost.
