He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mills and Loma Logsdon Mills; his wife Sandra Ellen McKinney Mills; and his brothers, Tom and Jim Mills.
He is survived by: his sons, Marvin Mills (Cynthia) of Princeton, Scott Mills (Crystal) of Tracy's Mountain and Alan Mills (Catherine) of Mullens; his grandchildren, Amelia, Allison, Aaron, Annie, Douglas (Mackenzie), Morgan, Ryan, Kaitlyn (Zack) and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Brinleigh, Hazel and Maverick; and his sister Alberta McKinney of Stephenson.
