He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Parnell and Katherine Peake Parnell; his brother William R. Parnell; and his stepdaughter Lorrie Midkiff. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Farley (Ray); his grandson Hunter Farley; his nieces, Wendy Douglas (Abrom) and Misty Berry (Joe); his son Jarrod; his stepsons, Kenny and Jackie Lee; his grandchildren, Randa Radford, Trey Lee, Rayne Lee, River Lee, Keian Lee, Jaidan Branham, Kanzi Lee, Jaxon Lee, Johnny Midkiff, Marty Midkiff and Kayla Midkiff; and also, Heather and Christine.
