She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hale and Daisy Dunn McClaugherty; her husband Frank Carl Vest; her brother Roy McClaugherty; and her sons, Brian Keith Vest and Alan Wayne Vest.
She is survived by: her sons, Erwin "Earl" Vest (Linda) of Albuquerque, NM and Loyd Dean Vest (Cindy) of Lindside, WV; and her brother Hubert McClaugherty of Narrows, VA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
