He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James Hook, Sr. and Mary Anna Hook (Monnett). He is survived by: his son John "B. J."; his siblings, Jim Hook (Donna) of Cumberland, MD and Mary Lou Bishop (Tom) of Cumberland; and his friends, Tim and Lisa Frye.
