He was predeceased by: his parent Walter S.; and his wife Virginia Wagoner (Lynch). He is survived by: his parent Della A. Wagoner (Wagoner); his siblings, Raymond Wagoner, Elmer Wagoner, Walter Wagoner and Blanch Adams; his sons, Gary L. Wagoner (Lois) of Romney, WV, David M. Wagoner (Mary) of Denver, CO and Edward J. Wagoner of Frankfort, KY.; his grandchildren, Shelley Idleman (Tim), Kimberly Malak (Miles), David Wagoner, Jonathan Wagoner (Regina), Christopher Wagoner, Bradley Wagoner, Julie Wagoner, Michael Wagoner and Kathryn Wagoner; his great grandchildren, Briana Idleman, Mariah Barker (Brandon), Christopher Idleman (Katie), Denzel Wagoner (Selena), Miles Malak, Jr., Mary Costello, Jacob Costello, Andrew Malak, Chandler Wagoner and Madison Wagoner; his great great grandchild Elijah Wagoner; his niece Elanor Lynch; and his nephews, George Seeders and Ronald Seeders.
