She is survived by: her children, Patricia Williamson (Lex) of Charleston, WV, James "Jamie" Puckett (Eva) of Spring Dale, WV and Kristie Alexander (John) of Speedway, WV; her grandchildren, Amanda, Alicia, Andrea, Akaley Puckett and Jacoby Alexander; and her caregivers, Luke Crane, Sharon Meadows, Kim Riffe and Stephanie Yates. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
