She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shreve and Gertrude Allen Shreve; her husband James C. Pursley; and her siblings, Faye Shreve and Jim Shreve.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kim Pursley of Whitewood; her daughter Jamie; her son-in-law Rick Cottrell of Gandeeville; her grandson Dakota James Pursley (Ashley) of Spencer; her great grandchild Tanner James Chester Pursley; and her siblings, John of Spencer, Bill Shreve of Spencer, Linda Starcher (Stu) of Spencer and Monica Matheny (Dan) of Madisonville.
