He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Elmer Ray Parsons and Michie Parsons-Seabolt; his brother Joseph Prater; his wife Ramona "Susie" Parsons; his children, Jennifer Rogers (Jon) and Adam Parsons (Jennifer America); his grandchildren, Draven Parsons (Jade), Cainan Cunningham (Kaylee), Christopher, Cheryl Beth Rogers, Nola, Mila Parsons and Kollyns Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Khloe, Kori, Kyson Parsons, Grayson, Maliela and Canyon Cunningham; his mother Blanche Little; his brother Wayne Prater (Beth); his pet Lily; and his father Poppy.
