She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Nina and Howard Stump Goad of Spencer, WV.; and her husband John Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Dunn (Pam) of Silver Spring, MD, Lisa Kiely, Marcus Dunn (Raychelle) of Charlotte, NC and Erika Johnson of Eugene, OR; and her close friend Ellie. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Corner Bookstore at South Charleston Public Library or Kanawha United Presbyterian Church.
