He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Blake and Virginia Alice Keffer Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Robin Fisher of Spencer; his children, Eric Vincent Fisher (Leann) of Spencer, Kristen Kille (Chris) of Charlotte, N. C. and Nicole Weaver (Brandon) of Pittsburgh, Penn.; his stepchildren, Emily Ann Brooks-Holstine (Brittany) of Dayton, Ohio and Alexander Ryan Brooks of South Charleston; his grandsons, Justin Tyler Fisher and Joshua Clay Fisher; his great grandchild Ryker Fisher; and his siblings, Richard Fisher of Spencer, Sandra Golden (Maurice) of Reedy and Linda Hoff (Bill) of Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorial donations to either the Peniel Community Church or Kanawha Hospice.
