It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronzel Jarvis of Spencer, West Virginia, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown Jarvis and Retta Lea Boggs Jarvis; his siblings, Harley Lane, Howard Wayne, Lewis Daniel "Danny", David Paul Jarvis, Beverly Ann Morrison and Barbara Alice Cumpston; his nephew Michael Andrew Carpenter; his great-niece Kimberly Mae Jarvis; and his great-nephews, Johnnie Thornton "JT" Summers, III and Jarvis Trey Summers.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Carpenter Jarvis; his daughter Retta Jarvis; his son-in-law Christopher Harris of Spencer; his children, Kenneth Jarvis (Janet Law) of Ashtabula, Ohio, April Jarvis of Clarksburg and Robin Altenburg; his siblings-in-law, Lorna Dale Jarvis (Carolyn Sue Jarvis) and John Richard Cumpston of Dalton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Ken Jarvis of Erie, Madilyn "Madi" Harris of Spencer, Alexander Altenburg and Alexis Altenburg. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and all of their children and grandchildren.
