He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Fountaine and Mary Grady Fountaine; his stepdaughter Andrea Stone; and his brother Ronnie Fountaine. He is survived by: his wife Analee Hall Fountaine; his son Nathan Fountaine (Bridget) of Spencer; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Thompson of Spencer; his grandchildren, Brenden Fountaine, Grady Fountaine, Stella Jane Thompson, Dominic Rhodes and Nevaeh Rhodes; his siblings, Randy Fountaine (Shelba) of Spencer, Ricky Fountaine (Patty) of Elizabeth, Janie Boggs (Art) of Gandeeville, Terry Lineberry (Claude) of Staley, N. C., Joanna Moore (Jerry) of Reedy, Tammy Blosser (Chris) of Spencer and Trina Satterfield of Spencer; and his half-brother Chris Fountaine of Morgantown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
