He is survived by: his son Robert (Patricia); his brother Scott Wagner of Seattle; his wife Patricia Wagner of Spencer, WV.; his sisters, Beverly James (Jesse) of Grapevine, TX, Kim Kerby Marcou of Arnoldsburg, WV, Karen Williams of Kerrville, TX and Kristie Wagner-Mathis (Victor) of Carrollton, TX.; and his daughters, Christian Wagner of Houston, TX, Victoria and Aurora West-Wagner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
