He is survived by: his wife Norma Lou Westfall Harper; his daughter-in-law Terrie Harper of Spencer; his grandchildren, Rodney Harper (Amy), Adam Harper and Andrea Harper; his great grandchild Dylan Harper; and his siblings, James, Clemmie, David, Mike, Richard Harper, Barbara Jarvis, Katie Harper, Betty Rohr, Georgia Wilson and Jackie O'Brien.
