She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Monroe and Ocie Gertrude Carper (Smith); and her husband James Edward Norris. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Biewer of Baltimore County, MD, Louann Sherer of Camden City, NJ, Robin Roberts of Rising Sun, MD and Mark Norris of Lynchburg, VA; and her sister Peggy Caro. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
