She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Harold and Hazel Jones Casto; and her husband Frankie Hays. She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Shamblin (Jim); her grandchildren, Hillary Austin (Jeff), Carrie Reveal (Jamie) and Jimmy Shamblin (Angie); her great grandchildren, Maddie, Abbey (Tyler), Morgan, Jonathan and Bobby; her great great grandchildren, Braylen, Isaiah, Isabella and Bryson; and her siblings, Pete (Diane), Ruth Ann Moles (Dale), Helen Debrae (Tom) and Bonnie Strickland (Hubert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
