He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman William and Zona Lou Clute Browning. He is survived by: his children, Zona Talbert (J. D.) of Huntington, Jessica Browning of Grantsville, Desiree Browning of Spencer, Anthony Browning, Chris Browning of Spencer and Gregory Browning of Spencer; his siblings, Melissa Browning of Spencer, Vickie Browning-Potts (Robbie) of Spencer, Trish Browning of Ohio, Larry of Spencer and Hunter Browning of Spencer; and his pet Stormy. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
