We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2021, at the age of 84, Norma Harper of Spencer, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donzel R. Westfall and Golda M. Ferrell Westfall; her husband Robert Russell Harper; her brother Arden Ray; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Jackson Westfall, Albert Keaton and Chuck Leeson; and her grandparents, Walker, Roxie Tanner Westfall, Romie and Hattie Harris Ferell.
She is survived by: her son Ronald "Ronnie"; her daughter-in-law Terrie Ann Harper of Spencer; her grandchildren, Rodney Wayne Harper (Amy), Justin Adam Harper and Andrea Nicole Harper; her great grandchild Dylan Logan Harper; and her siblings, Robert Lee Westfall (Judy) of Georgia, Ivan Eugene "Bud" Westfall (Ollie) of Cottageville, Larry Wayne Westfall (Katherine) of Florida, Shirley Sheppard (Gerald) of Spencer, Donna Sue Keaton of Florida and Rita Jean Winter (Peggy Ann Leeson) of Indiana. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
