He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Dewey" and Sylvia McMillan Keffer; his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Raelene Keffer of Vero Beach, Fla.; his sister Alice; his brothers-in-law, George Lechleitner and Pete Starcher of Spencer; and his mother-in-law Marie Webb of Spencer.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Keffer United Methodist Church, 1286 Clover Road, Spencer, WV 25276.
