He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his son Dustin; his daughter-in-law April O'Brien of Morgantown; and his siblings, Dean O'Brien of Spencer, Ethel O'Brien of Cape Coral, Fla., Nancy Butler of Hartville, Gloria Lively of Fayetteville, Paulette Ayd of Parkville and Teresa Mitchell of Spencer.
