She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Ethel R. Jarvis Bowman; her husband Franklin Flenner Ewing; and her grandparents, Benton, Maud Hall Jarvis, George Beverly and Crilda Ann Niday Bowman.
She is survived by: her sister Bonita Lynne Schreckengost of Looneyville; and her friends, Kanawha, Pocahontas, Putnam and Roane Counties. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
