She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bowen and Vesta Cottrell Bowen; her husband Ernest Lee 'Bud Hively; and her siblings, Ray Bowen, John Bowen and Ernestine Carpenter.
She is survived by: her sister Anna Faye Edgell of Spencer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews.
