She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Dewight and Clydie Mae Drennen McKown; her husband Gailey Price; her siblings, Barbara Cook (Harold), Charles McKown (Nadine) and Erma McClain (Leo); and her sister-in-law Doris McKown.
She is survived by: her siblings, Herman D. McKown, Jr. of Newton, Jean Ashley (Wayne) of Spencer, Gary McKown (Sharon) of Spencer, Wayne McKown (Judy) of Clendenin and Vallerie Conley (David) of Richmond. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
