She was predeceased by: her parents, Dempsey Sleath and Nellie Willard Sleath; her daughter Michelle Lynn Taylor; and her siblings, Maryellen Harper, Patsy Bush and Junior Sleath.
She is survived by: her sons, Wilbur D. Taylor of Walton, W. Va and Timothy P. Taylor of Spencer; her close friend Doug Elmore of Spencer; and her brother Fred Sleath of Kentucky. She is also survived by one grandchild and five step grandchildren.
