He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Newton and Mary Inez Hershman Miller; his son Jeffrey Neal Miller; his daughter-in-law Julie Chapman Miller; his sister Christine Lynn Cox; and his niece Jennifer Louise Mace.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ann Miller Cox; his grandchildren, Anysa of Tennessee, Star of Tennessee, Michael Miller of Pennsylvania and Justin Miller of South Carolina; his siblings, Thomas Eric Miller of Spencer, Trina Cross of Ravenswood, Charlotte Pettry of Spencer and Pamela Mace of Sand Ridge; and his pet Brownie. He is also survived by five great grandsons; one great granddaughter.
