She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse Lee "Joe"; and her husband James Brooks Webb. She is survived by: her parent Della May Davis Haught; her children, Perry0 Mills of Spencer, Terry Brooks Webb and Rita Webb of Bridgeville; her sisters, Reva Shanholtzer and Ruth Etta Staley; and her grandchildren, Aterra Steenstra, Alyssa Detweiler, Allie Bee, Belinda Hoff, Craig Jurkovich and Andrew Jurkovich.
