He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Allen and Marjorie Leisenring Hertzog; and his siblings, Ned Hertzog, Verlie Williams and Evelyn Braun.
He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ann Fisher (Corey Lyn Schultz) of Spencer; and his siblings, Barry Hertzog of Hudsonville, Michigan, Jane Bleuitt of Texas and Karen Franklin of Pensacola, Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
