She was predeceased by: her parent William C.; and her siblings, Ruby Jewel Copen and Richard Merle Copen. She is survived by: her parent Alberta M. Cavender Copen; her husband Donald G. Hayes of Spencer; her daughter Tina Varney of Gay; her son-in-law Mike Varney of Gay; her grandchildren, Cayden Hayes, Dylan Hayes and Jonathan Miller; her siblings, Wyona Manack of Orrville, Nancy Copen of Charleston, Carole Bright of South Charleston, Sharon Hodge of Big Chimney and Daniel Copen of Yelm; and her siblings-in-law, Rosa Copen of Yelm, Susan Landis of Gandeeville and Joe Landis of Gandeeville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
