She was predeceased by: her son O. L. "Billy" Starcher; her husbands, O. L. "Bill" Starcher and Judson Price; and her siblings, Frank Spiker, Lina and Wilma.
She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Hudson (Homer); her daughter Doris Selko (Frank); her granddaughters, Amanda Selko and Nikki Overmiller (Alex); her great grandchildren, Ander and Ruby; and her stepchildren, Charles, Gene (Carol), Judson, Jr. and Eileen Schenck.
