He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wade H. Jr., Wanda Coffindaffer, Jarrett D. (Pete) and Phyllis Fox; his uncle Ernie B. Fox; and his aunt Connie C. Ferrell.
He is survived by: his parent Wade H. III (Linda Fox Coffindaffer); his sisters, Sarah Tolley (Vince) of Spencer and Rebecca Gaughan of Spencer; his nieces and nephews, Brittany Smith, Cassidy Tolley, Katie Gaughan, Leah Tolley, Anna Tolley, Carter Gaughan and Evan Gaughan; his aunts, Deborah Fox of Spencer and Debra Oyler (Stacey) of Latrobe, PA; and his uncle William B. Ferrell Jr. of Jane Lew, WV.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Spencer Spencer, West Virginia. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Jay's memory to the Roane County Animal Shelter, 2550 Parkersburg Road, Spencer, West Virginia 25276.
