He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Early and Goldie Faye Morrison Riley; and his siblings, Bruce, Darrell, Wayne Riley, Mary Whited and Virginia Paxton.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Hiles Riley of Spencer; his sons, Joshua Wine of Parkersburg and Joseph Riley of Spencer; his siblings, Ella Tatar (Frank) of Cleveland, Judith Harper of Savannah and Frank Riley of Spencer; and his sister-in-law Juanita Riley of Batesburg, S. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
