He is survived by: his wife Jean Copley of Spencer; his children, Kim Frum (Richard) of Spencer and Jamie Copley (Stephanie) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Caroline Frum of Morgantown, Alex Meredith of Parkersburg and Sierra Powell of Richwood; his great grandchildren, Dakota Williams, Brooklyn Williams of Spencer and Serena Meredith of Parkersburg; and his sister Janice Dillo of St. Albans.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
