He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Meadows of Ohio and Mark Meadows of Spencer; his granddaughter Carolyn Techau; and his sisters, Beverly Sue Mullins of Charleston, Elizabeth Cochran of Looneyville, Roberta Lucas of Winston-Salem, N. C. and Gloria Fields of Spencer.
