It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Fluharty of Spencer, West Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Coy Patrick; and his stepfather Bill Hays. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Gene Fluharty and Patricia Ann Patrick Fluharty of Spencer; his daughter Maddie Gray; his siblings, Jerry Fluharty of Grafton and Loretta Cottrell of Looneyville; and his grandmother Reva Patrick of Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
