He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Riley and Goldie F. Morrison Riley; and his siblings, Wayne, Darrell, James, Bruce Riley, Mary Whited and Virginia Paxton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Harper of Savannah and Ella Tatar (Frank) of Cleveland, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Tina Riley of Vienna and Juanita Riley of Batesburg, S. C..
