It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Saffir (Spencer, West Virginia), born in Ovapa, West Virginia, who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Spencer Jarvis; her husband Eric Saffir; and her brothers, Paul Jarvis, Marvin Jarvis and Charles Jarvis.
She is survived by: her parent Dona Jarvis; her stepsons, Richie Saffir and Michael Saffir; her siblings, Dorothy Rice (Rex) of Austin, Mary Parsons of Dover, Arletta Conley (Shirley) of Chloe, James Jarvis (Mable) of Bristol, Kenneth Jarvis (Shirley) of Reno, Jack Jarvis of Westmoreland and Danny Jarvis (Barbara) of Minnora; her sister-in-law Madelon Jarvis of Elkview; and her friend Juanita Dale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are preferred to the Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.
