He was predeceased by: his former wife Jaunita Harris Waggoner; his parents, Gerald Elijah and Della Mae Bumgarner Waggoner; his stepson William Harris; and his nephews, Robert Waggoner and Michael Waggoner.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia West Callow of Spencer; his stepdaughter Brenda Jarvis of Spencer; his son-in-law William Nichols of Spencer; his stepdaughter Dareth Sue Harris of Ravenna; his brother Harold E. Waggoner of Newport; and also, Hazeline Price, Charles Price of Spencer and Carolyn Atkins of Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
