He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton Given and Lola Butcher Given; his former wife Reba Eagle Given; and his grandmother Belle Butcher. He is survived by: his wife Linda Simmons Given; his children, Debbie (Bill Pittman), Tammy Given, Rhondella Campbell, Machelle (Tony McCann) and Randy Given; his stepson Billy; and his daughter-in-law Kelly Morehead. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, two step grandsons and one step granddaughter.
