She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wayne "Tiny" and Linda Lou Lowe Williams; and her daughter Jessica Dawn Koon. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Koon (Heather Keeney) of Spencer and Jason Koon (Barbara Starcher) of Spencer; and her siblings, Darlene Williams of Sardinia, Deanna Sampson of Spencer and David Williams of Spencer. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
